Course Description
A One Day Program designed to help executives operating at the strategic level evaluate the human and performance implications of plans and decisions, and to more accurately and objectively understand the strategic and operational “bench strength” of their organization. This session deals with key personality differences between “leadership” and “management” to incorporate this knowledge into strategic decisions such as succession planning.

The outcome will be to help them understand the effects of their management actions and decisions, and to use that understanding to make more effective people decisions. The focus is upon individuals with their unique sets of motivating needs and behavioral responses, and as part of an organization, where their diverse abilities need to complement and reinforce the strengths of individuals operating in a team environment.
