Course Description
A One Day Program designed to help executives
operating at the strategic level evaluate the human
and performance implications of plans and decisions,
and to more accurately and objectively understand
the strategic and operational “bench strength” of
their organization. This session deals with key
personality differences between “leadership” and
“management” to incorporate this knowledge into
strategic decisions such as succession planning.
