Course Description

Maximizing Human Performance is a two-day program that shows managers how to improve the performance of their organizations by making smarter people decisions.

The seminar teaches leaders how behavior impacts performance and the ability to execute objectives. Understanding how workplace behavior affects results is the key to effective management of people and execution of company and department plans.

Course Description

This workshop is designed to help people make their interactions with others in the workplace more effective and more successful. Participants are introduced to their Interaction Styles Model, a proven method for identifying and comparing the general styles people use in their interpersonal relationships. This modeling process will helps us understand our communication behaviors as well as those we come in contact with. Participants learn how they can demonstrate versatility in adapting to the communications style and interpersonal expectations of others.
