Course Description

interactions with others in the workplace more
effective and more successful. Participants are
introduced to their Interaction Styles Model, a
proven method for identifying and comparing the
general styles people use in their interpersonal
relationships. This modeling process will helps us
understand our communication behaviors as well as
those we come in contact with. Participants learn
how they can demonstrate versatility in adapting to
the communications style and interpersonal
expectations of others.
