Smart Hiring is a one-day
workshop to help leaders, managers and human resource
specialists learn how to select job candidates whose
behaviors, skills and abilities match closely with job
requirements, and who demonstrate potential for superior
performance. Participants learn to create job profiles that
clearly define the needs of the organization including:
behavior; culture; experience; and critical connections in
addition to behavioral questions that probe for experience
and competencies that affect performance.
